The Back Office Cooperative (BOC) is a Chicago-based, not-for-profit organization that seeks to improve the performance of the human services sector by leveraging scale and best practices to drive down back office costs. Back Office functions include: procurement/sourcing; insurance/benefits; finance & accouting; human resources and IT. The savings BOC generates enable its members to have an increased impact in the community.
